Terms of sale

Last updated: 2026-10-03

These terms apply when you use TeoriPilot and when you buy a pass, an extension or a gift code. Please read them before you buy. Nothing in them limits the rights you have as a consumer under Swedish law.

Who we are

TeoriPilot is provided by Viswanth Bhagavatula, organisation number 19910912-1294, Astrid Lindgrens väg 6G, 224 66 Lund, Sweden. Email: teoripilot@outlook.com.

The service

TeoriPilot is an online course for the Swedish driving theory test for a category B licence (car). It contains lessons, animated scenarios, practice tasks, quizzes and practice tests. Lesson 1, the first practice test, the first driving-simulator route, the warning signs and the first Driving basics lesson are free; the rest of the course requires a pass.

The course helps you prepare, but it does not guarantee that you pass the theory test. TeoriPilot is not connected to Transportstyrelsen or Trafikverket. We base the content on official sources and keep it up to date, but traffic rules can change: if our content and an official source differ, the official source applies.

Your account

You need an account to buy a pass. Give correct details and keep your password to yourself. The account is personal: do not share it, and do not copy or republish the course content.

If you are under 18, you need a parent’s or guardian’s permission to buy a pass.

Prices and payment

  • 30-day pass: 199 kr.
  • 90-day pass: 349 kr.
  • 12-month pass: 499 kr.
  • Extension of 30 days, for anyone who has had a pass: 129 kr.

Prices are total prices, including any VAT (moms). Each purchase is a single payment through our payment provider Stripe, by card or by another method offered in the payment form, such as Klarna or Swish. If you pay with Klarna, Klarna’s terms also apply to that payment.

How long access lasts

A pass is not a subscription and never renews. Access starts when the payment is confirmed and lasts for the number of days in the pass (12 months counts as 365 days). When it ends, the paid parts of the course lock again, and your account and progress are kept.

If you buy a pass or an extension while you still have access, the new days are added after the time you have left.

If we change our prices, the change applies only to purchases made after it.

Gift codes and school codes

You can buy a pass as a gift. You then receive a code instead of access, shown on the screen, by email and on your Account page. Whoever redeems the code gets the days of the pass, starting when it is redeemed. A gift code can be redeemed once, within 24 months of the purchase. It cannot be exchanged for money.

You may withdraw from buying a gift code within 14 days of the purchase, as long as the code has not been redeemed: email teoripilot@outlook.com, and we refund the payment and cancel the code.

Codes sold to driving schools and other schools follow the agreement with that school. Each code gives one learner access for the stated number of days and can be redeemed once.

Pass guarantee

If you take Trafikverket’s theory test (kunskapsprov) for category B while your pass is active and do not pass, we add 60 days to your access free of charge. This is how it works:

  • Claim the guarantee on your Account page within 14 days of the test, and give the date of the test.
  • The test must have been taken while you had access through a pass, an extension or a redeemed code.
  • The guarantee can be used once per account. Misusing it, for example by giving a false date, may lead to the days being removed.

The guarantee is a commercial guarantee that we give in addition to your rights under consumer law. It does not limit those rights.

Right of withdrawal (ångerrätt)

As a consumer you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you buy online, under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act (lagen (2005:59) om distansavtal och avtal utanför affärslokaler).

The course is digital content that is delivered immediately. Before you pay, we ask you to confirm that you want access to start straight away and that you understand that your right of withdrawal ends when access starts. Once you have confirmed this and access has started, the right of withdrawal no longer applies (chapter 2, section 11 of the Act).

If you still wish to withdraw within 14 days, for example because access never started, email teoripilot@outlook.com with your name, the email address of your account and the date of the purchase. You can also use the standard withdrawal form from Konsumentverket. If you are entitled to withdraw, we refund the payment within 14 days, with the same payment method.

If something is wrong

If the course does not work as it should, contact us at teoripilot@outlook.com and we will fix it. You also have the rights that Swedish consumer law gives you for faulty digital content, under the Consumer Sales Act (konsumentköplagen (2022:260)).

If we cannot agree, you can take the matter to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN), arn.se. We will follow ARN’s recommendations.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for providing the course as described in these terms. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for delays or outages caused by events outside our control. This does not limit any liability that consumer law does not allow us to limit.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we publish the new version here and tell you before it applies. A pass you have already bought keeps the terms that applied when you bought it.

Personal data

Read how we handle your personal data in our privacy policy.

Law and disputes

Swedish law applies to these terms. A dispute that cannot be solved together or through ARN is decided by a Swedish general court.
